MSA 500 Help

I recently built a sql cluster over the weekend with 2 proliant servers and a msa 500, windows 2003 for the OS on the proliants, everything went smooth and up and running, installed sql 2k, on monday we received the redundant cabling, scsi card, and sac. Once the redundany was put in place the cluster failed and I am no longer able to access the cluster, I researched the issue and came accross the info on the multipatch software, installed it as instructed but I am still unable to access the cluster.
