The MSA does not call home at all.

Hi, MSA-series do not have a call home function.
If you're looking for a monitoring / dial-out solution, you could implement HPE Insight Remote Support.

It's a tool which captures traps from your MSA device (or even any switch) and forwards them to HPE (or to any other trap receiver you might have).
