msa ROQ80A controller incompatible with enclosure error

hi everyone

i have msa 2062 ROQ80A And it is showing the below errors.

enclosure 1 , controller A  :- the expander controller is incompatible with the enclosure.

enclosure 1 , controller B :- The Controller is not operational.

we have tested the following:

clearing cache, shutting down SC and MC controllers, restoring default settings, Upgrading to the latest firmware

but still, MSA is continuously shouting down.

pls help.

E-1,C-A : Was the expander working fine before? Are there any issues, changes, upgrades since then you are getting the error?
E-1,C-B : Was the controller operational before? Are there any issues, changes since then it is not operational?

If errors are due to hardware issues, then clearing cache, shutdown, restart, restoration or upgrade will not help to fix the issue. You will have to replace the faulty hardware or fix the issue at the hardware level.
