MSA1000 controller firmware update
win2k sp4+
HBA version 9.0.0.13 (loaded correctly)
acu version 7.15.19.0
I see the LUNS and the volumes I created on ther MSA just fine.
using online flash update for windows servers version 4.32 downloaded from the MSA site.
Once installed I launch the app and recieve the following error.
"Error finding legacy devices"
after this the applet opens but there are no devices present.
Anyone seen this one... whats the fix.

Re: MSA1000 controller firmware update
Presune you are talking about on-line upgrade firmware method.
I just update the firmware to v4.32 by off-line method (ie. download the bootable CD from WEB).
Ps the FC-HBA card that I used is 2214.
Cody.

Re: MSA1000 controller firmware update
I receive the same error under the same conditions. Did you ever get it figured out?
