Re: msa1000 san problem
Is he trying a failover? I've had a report from somebody with RH3 who used an old 6.x driver which resulted in a kernel panic. The problem was fixed after upgrading to the 7.00.03 driver and choosing the correct mode ('set_parm' script).
The 6.x drivers are no longer on the web site - your customer might try to upgrade the driver and the MSA1000 firmware.
