MSA1000 - Serial Console Freeze (Lock-up)

The serial console of a MSA1000 is connceted to a Terminal Server which is used for remote access. After disconnecting the last remote session, the serial console port on the MSA1000 has become "hung". No error message is displayed on the controller LED display window.

Is there a command to un-lock the serial console or a reboot of the MSA1000 is required?

My experience is that it will unlock in some time - i'd say in 1 hour or so. Second thing is - do You have ACU XE open somewhere and is it accessing the MSA? If it is - close this and wait some time :)

We are not using ACU XE. This conecole has been hung now for a couple of days, so it does not appear to be a time out issue.

Any other suggestion?
