MSA1500cs Error 31: i2c write failure scsi i2c mux

Hello everybody,

 

for two days we're having this error displayed on one of our two active/active configured msa1000-controllers. I'm quite uneasy because of this error, since it is a live system at the core of our infrastructure. There have been no notable performance errors so far, but I'm wondering how to diagnose further.

I have attached an output of the "show tech_support" command. If you need any further information, please let me know!

This issue is firmware related. Perform an upgrade and you should be fine.
