MSA20 Replacement Drives
I have an MSA20 with 500GB drives. One drive has failed (it's in a RAID5, so no lost data).
I have access to a 459316-001 (HP WD WD5003ABYX 500GB RE4). This drive is listed on the HP website as non-pluggable. I'm hoping that it is only beacuse it's a bare drive. Does anyone know if I can put this drive in the caddy from the failed drive and use it as a hot-plugable drive in the MSA20 chassis please? If so, can I leave the jumpers as default, or should I force it into 1.5GB/s mode with the jumper?
regards
Dave
