MSA2312FC "Vdisks status OFFL"

Dear Mate,

I am using MSA2312FC storage, we have only one disk which is "OFFL" status..

# show vdisks
Name Size Free Own Pref RAID Disks Spr Chk Status Jobs Serial Number
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

After ran trust command, found below error.

Error: Command failed. (content_storage) - Trust operation failed for this vdisk.

Note:- All hardware is in optimal state.

Can you please share what is the command you have run to enable the trust for vdisk?

I have ran below commands.

# trust enable

# trust vdisks vdisk_name

Hello @Dsinghp2002,

Can you please check if it is due to the disk group is quarantined? Try to dequarantine the disk group with this command '# dequarantine disk-group <DiskGroupName>'  For more details, please refer the page number 100-102 0f the document I sent in my last response.
