MSA2324i physical migration prerequisites

Hi experts,

There's a site consolidation, where, two MSA2423i arrays from two different sites are going to be lifted and shifted to a new third site. The host to storage connectivity is over iSCSI. What are the pre-requisites, precautions, prechecks, 

What are the pre-requisites, precautions, prechecks, and procedures to be followed pre and post physical migration?

Note: The IP addresses are all going to change, but the number of hosts and the storage volumes isn't going to undergo any sort of change.
