MSA2324i. Unable to login
Hello! I have MSA2324i. for VM's of HYPER-V. I can't login to The Storage Management Utility. SMU says: Unable to Authenticate Login, Try again. Situation is difficult from any reasons:
- i am a new system administrator, fired admin says what all passwords are actual, can''t verify, May be actual, may be he mistake
- i read in manual, manual says about message "Unable to Authenticate Login, Try again" - use IE 6 or 7. I tryed, but no results.
- MSA2324i sends messages via email several times a day:
EVENT:

May be reason in wrond date? why does the date get lost periodically?
there is only one way left -restart Managnent Console via CLI.
Right or not?
Thanks for answer, have i nice day!

Re: MSA2324i. Unable to login
Hi,
try to log in by CLI, it uses the same Username and Password as the GUI.
Did you use HTTP or HTTPS? HTTPS uses a certificate, and the wrong time can cause a problem.
Why does the date get lost periodically?
The System is now far over 12 Years old, it's a miracle that it still works.
Use set controller-date ntp enabled ntpaddress IP-address, maybe this helps.
And use set protocols http enabled, to enable http GUI.
