msi2012i event notifications

I have all events set to email notifications.  How do I get events regarding hard drive failures to send?  I have one drive that's been dead for 2 weeks and the error light does not work on it.  But never got an email showing drive failure either???

 

If I new hard drive is put in and starts rebuilding, I get all kinds of events emailed.  why none for hard drive failure?

Can you set levels on what it sends?
