Re: New HPE Tool - MSA Health Check
@Big_G
I was just able to load a log and get good results.
Did you try multiple times?
What system and version of firmware are you running?
Were the logs double zipped? When getting the logs they are in a ZIP format do not zip them again before uploading
Were the logs modified before upload?

Re: New HPE Tool - MSA Health Check
The storage health check does not support the MSA model 2324fc
looks like I will have to create the report manually, this is time consuming effort.

Re: New HPE Tool - MSA Health Check
I too am unable to upload logs and get the error. This happens for an MSA 1060 and MSA 2060. It works ok for a 1040 and 2040. I reached out to MSAHealthCheckSupport email weeks ago but got no reply or help from them which is very dissapointing. Seems like the MSA1060/2060 are very unstable which I'll create seperate threads about.
EDIT / Solution.
It appears that the issue with uploading the logs to the health check site was caused by a local firewall interfering with the upload. Thanks to @JonPaul for helping sort this out, very much appreciated.
