PE MSA 2060 Storage MSA-DP+. rebuild fault
Hello
I expanded 6 disks in HPE MSA 2060 Storage MSA-DP+.
However, 2 disks failed during the rebuild process.
Thankfully, the rebuild was completed after that.
When additional disks fail after rebuild is completed
Q) Since rebuild is complete, is there a problem with 2 disks failing?
Q) Or is it a storage fault because it is included in the RAID group even after rebuild is complete? (Even if one fails)
Thanks

Re: PE MSA 2060 Storage MSA-DP+. rebuild fault
Hello @mblee ,
The fault tolerance for MSA DP+ Raid is 2 drives at a single time, more drives can be lost when the rebuilds complete.
In a 12 drive MSA-DP+ you can lose 4 drives over time without losing data (2 drives worth of SPARE capacity and the 2 drives of parity for RAID 6).
For more information, please refer to the below document.
