Problem with P2000 G3 SAS - slow performance?

Hi.

I have 2 DL380 G7 servers, running esx 5i, and connected to P2000 G3 SAS dual-controller with dual-port SC08e card.

I have a huge problem with slow performance during vmware VDR backup and hosts are disconected every 10-12 minutes. Disconnect is very shortly without impact on virtual machine.

I tried everything on vmware side and everything seems to be ok.

Does anyone is using esx 5i with P2000 SAS?

Why this happens every 10-12 minutes, and how I can check the storage?

I have also slow perfomance with MSA2000 G3 SAS when I make snapshot.

I'm using offhost backup from snapshot and I have 50% slow down speed for read and write on MSA2000 G3

Did you ever get this resolved? I have a similar issue using esxi 5.0 U2. Painfully slow performance in all aspects of vmware and dropped connections.  As a test I loaded one of my servers up with Server 2008 R2 and connected via direct SAS and had no performance issues.  So for me this seems to be a vmware issue.
