problem with schedule backup

there is another problem with the auto loader..i was able to do backups of the tapes..but whenever i try to do a schedule backup an error message will appear. the error message is "Insert media into device DEV-4.0.5.0 : HP C5713A or the magazine containing media into the loader for job test 2"
