Problems with HP StorageWorks PCI-e U320 SCSI Host Bus Adapter and AXUS!!!

There is a disk array AXUS YA-08SAEU4 and Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 32, Proliant DL160 G5

On the disk array is divided into two logical drives, which are numbers 3 and 5.

After rebooting the server one logical drive is not, if forced to include search, it appears.

Driver, the last insertion of those available on the site.
