Second CLI port on controller on P2000

Hi,

Ive got a P2000 G3 system with the new USB console connection. I see there is another connector that is labeled as CLI that looks like a mini stero type jack. Is this for a normal serial connection? Id really like to have both controllers hooked up via a console server but it uses standard RS232 like everything else. Ive searched and searched and can't find anything that references this port what so ever. Anyone have any ideals?

According to the docs it is not supported (future use?).

But the serial CLI has more or less the same functionality like a ssh/telnet connection.

Bummer, well hopefully one day!

Yeah we are using the OOB etherner port now but we try to have serial to any devices as well as a extra layer of redundnacy in case the mgmt network goes down, we have a console server on a diverse network as a backup. But for now I guess we will just use the OOB via SSH!.
