Hi all;
I want to order a P2000 G3 SAN Storage but I have some confision regarding to it.
Does "HP P2000 G3 MSA FC Dual Controller SFF Modular Smart Array System" with part number AP846B include the chassis or I must order the chassis with part number AP839B seperatly?
Thanks

SolutionAP846B includes a 24-bay SFF drive chassis and 2x 8Gb Fiber Channel controller modules. (Essentially, 1 x AP839B + 2 x AP836B in a bundle)
FYI, depending on how many drives you're planning to populate, you may get better pricing (due to how HP classifies certain part numbers) by buying bundles that include drives rather than buying the drives a la carte.
Here are some of the bundles available for Fiber Channel controller chassis - these part numbers are essentially the same as AP846B but include the indicated number of drives:
BV901B - 24 x 146GB 15K SAS
BV902B - 24 x 300GB 10K SAS
BV903B - 24 x 600GB 10K SAS
QR517B - 24 x 900GB 10K SAS
QR521B - 24 x 1TB 7.2K MDL SAS
QW945B - 24 x 300GB 15K SAS
BV913B - 12 x 300GB 10K SAS
BV914B - 12 x 600GB 10K SAS
QR525B - 12 x 900GB 10K SAS
QR529B - 12 x 1TB 7.2K MDL SAS
QW949B - 12 x 300GB 15K SAS
(Note: All 12 drive models are half filled SFF chassis with 12 empty drive bays for later upgrade)
Hope this helps.
