SSCM not picking up the Storage Subsystem

I hope someone can assist ;-) Since HP have been troubleshooting this issue for months now! When I first installed SSCM it picked up the subsystem, and then we lost power to the building. Since then it refuses to pickup the storage subsystem. I have upgraded to the latest version and also installed a fresh copy onto a Windows 2003 RE SSP. Still no joy.

 

any help much appreciated.
