StorageWorks 2/8 EL ISL

I have two 2/8 EL FC Switches v3.2.1 that I want interconnect with two other Brocade switches.

Right now, I'm licensed for Web, Zoning, Quickloop, and 4 Domain Fabric. Will I need to purchase another license in order to get ISL working on these switches.

The other two Brocades are from IBM - they are the SAN16B-2 v5.1.0d. Licensed for Web, Zoning, and Fabric
