Unable to format the MSA 2060 FC volume on the initiator server.
Dear Team,
We have an MSA 2060 FC storage with a single disk group consisting of 10 disks and a RAID 6 configuration. Three separate volumes, each 30 TB, were created and are visible on the initiator server. However, when I attempt to initialize and create a simple volume with the NTFS format, an error appears, "incorrect function", and the file system is currently showing as RAW.
Additionally, I created a 50GB test volume, which I successfully formatted with NTFS and is functioning correctly. But when I try to format the 30TB volume, it fails. I kindly request your support with this issue.
Thanks

When formatting, select GPT and not MBR.

Re: Unable to format the MSA 2060 FC volume on the initiator server.
If you’ve already selected GPT and the issue persists, the problem likely lies in either the formatting process or a compatibility mismatch between the MSA 2060 storage and your operating system.
