Virtual Pool Offline - MSA 1050
I have an issue with a virtual pool. Is marking offline due to iunreadble metadata (BLPT error)
is it possible to rebuilt or clear this error?

Hello Nicholas,
BLPT error on pool can be usually recverable.
we need to look into the logs and check if recovery code can help bring pool online so you can take latest backups and rebuild it.
If you already have a backup we help you in deleting and recreating.

What could be donde in order to recover the pool?
Part of the issue is that the MSA its manage by a client that hasn't been doing backups for a while.
I've already try to update the firmware of the MSA without luck.

We need to look into the logs to see how the issue occured,mostly we try to create a recovery code and apply it on the pool to see if it can be brought online.
Backups is a savior in these situations.
Firmware update will not fix this issue in MSA 1050.
