Can somebody tell me if there are already accreditation exams for ArcSight 6.x Admin?

No, there's not.

To my knowledge the ArcSIght v6 Admin certification is  under development and should release before the end of 2013.

You may want to periodically check the HP ExpertOne "View all certifications" page http://h10120.www1.hp.com/expertone/view_certifications.html and use the "New Only" filter (left had side of the page)

If you click on the "HP Certification" tab, it will show you the current certifications available.  As "TheMasster" mentions in response, you should also check the HP ExpertOne page often for updates.  http://h10120.www1.hp.com/expertone/view_certifications.html
