Did your exam is the only one What you can do it log into My Learning at https://www.mylearninghpe.com/ then click the e-cerificate link as shown below. Does it and you can see the certification you've acquired displayed?

I already have the HPE Learner ID ,  but there is no opetion to sign in to My Learning by Learner ID . 

I raised request with HPE support before more than 10 days , still no one solve my issue .

I am suprised you say that none contacted you as having checked with our support team, they confirmed that you had some email exchanges with them yesterday. The issue seems to be a system issue and they are bound to find a solution for you. You will hopefully have access to HPE sites shortly, thanks for your patience.

this emails i am receiving since two week and no action till now .
