All certificates are electronic; you can retrieve your certificate and print it as you wish by visiting: https://hpcp.swjdallas.com/hpcpbenefits/hplogin.aspx
You will be asked for your LearnerID, your email address and your country; after providing this information, you'll be taken to the "MyBenefits" section for HP ExpertONE professionals where you can print both your certificate and ID card as well as gain access to a number of benefits.
