Can't find my Certifications to download HP0-M15 and HP0-M16

Hello,

I have completed the HP0-M15 HP Quality Center V9 and HP0-M16 HP Quick Test Professional 9.2v exam certifications in 2008. I recieved only Hard copy of HP0-M15 certificate. I did not recieve the hard copy of the HP0-M16 HP Quick Test Professional 9.2v any time. 

I could not find my other certicate any where in the webpages. 

Please help where i can down load a copy of my certifications .

I suggest you go to My Learning (login required) https://www.mylearninghpe.com/ and check if you can download an e-certificate using the Profile, Achievements and Benefits tab available from the top menu. If you don't find it, please contact our support team at https://certification-learning.hpe.com/tr/support.

I don't guarantee they will be able to help as this certification is old but still you might want to ask.
