Certifications with another company, need to move it to current company to recertify.

I have Aruba mobility certification with my previous company and need to change my e-mail address to my current company. e-mail address is still previous company and the password I noted down in a document shows up as incorrect. How do I go about changing my e-mail address(username) if the password I saved is incorrect?

You need to contact the Certification & Learning support to move your previously completed training and certifications to your new company.
