Downloading certificate

hello

Is there anyone who know this problem?

I cannot login to my learning portal (it seems  login is successful then access pending)so that I cannot download my certificate. Is there any other option to download my certificate?

My Learning is being retired. You might have received an email advising you about this, if not, you can review this presentation to learn more https://hpe.seismic.com/Link/Content/DC96qW4FTmgCWGmW9cDX9cDMdqmP 

If you're part of HPE Tech Pro, you can download your certificate under the Rewards & Benefits tab. Otherwise the e-certificates will be made available by March on the Certification & Learning site.
