How to access my certificate

I was working for hp partner.I quit my job.Now I'm unemployed. I was using business mail  for login hp portals but after i leave, they delete my business mail and i cant remember my password how can i access my certificates or learning history ?

You have a couple of options. You can look up your user ID or reset your password by going to the My Learning home page at https://www.mylearninghpe.com and clicking on either of the last two links under Helpful links.
