I am having Examination Score report(94%),Could you please help me to how to get HARD COPY OF MY HP Certificate and how many days will take the updation....

First of all congratulation upon passing the exam.

Please note:- Effective 1 October 2008, HP has transitioned to a 100% electronic method of global certificate and ID card delivery. Printed certificates and ID cards are no longer shipped.

Steps to see your certificates...

1--> Login to "HP Partner Portal ".
2--> Train & certify
3--> My e-Certificates

Once you are logged in, select "Certification" from the top menu. Then select e-Certificates & ID Cards

I have passed the HP QC and QTP 9.2 exam in May 2009. I lost my scanned certificates. Is there anyway I can download the scanned copy again? When I am trying to login to learning center, it is showing ID is inactive.

e-certificates can be downloaded from the My ExpertOne Portalportal - "Benefits" - "E-Certificates and ID Cards".

If you have waited more than 5 business days, contact your location ExpertOne regional support team.

Hi. I completed my HP QC and QTP on 2008 and it seems like I lost my certificate (hard copy). Please help me get my e certificate by providing the exact link.
I tried logging in My Expert One Portal but couldn't register for new login Id to view my e certificate.

but there is no profision of leading to E Certificate - ID

You'll need to log into https://www.mylearninghpe.com/hpcpbenefits/community.aspx with your credentials. Under the Benefits tab, click on e-Certificates and ID Cards. From there you can down load your certificate.

If this is an older HP certification and if is not listed, you may need to contact support at https://certification-learning.hpe.com/TR/contact.html
