How to obtain a certificate and digital badge after passing the ACSA exam

Hi

I would appreciate your help to getting my certificate and digital badge.

I passed my ACSA exam and have not received any confirmation about this, I csn only see on the pearsonVue account that I have passed and the result obtained but I have no one confirmed this form Aruba/HPE.

I have tried the support page and apparently my learner ID (My email) is not the correct learner ID!

who can help me in this regard

Hello and congrats on passing the ACSA!! It sounds like the issue is with an HPE Learner ID / email mis-match. You will need to submit a certification support ticket here: https://certification-learning.hpe.com/tr/support

Please provide your HPE Learner ID and email on your PearsonVUE account so they can resolve this.
