HP Service Qualification Certified - License Code: PL72437069
Hello,
I was wondering if I could get some help on looking for a certification that I acquired back in March 2015. I was working my first Field Tech job and was required to get a 'certification' on the job in order to start work service HP laptops. I believe it was called the HP Service Qualification PLU 2015 or something along those lines.
I emailed HPE but the rep stated they were not able to find this.
It's not a big deal but I was wondering if anyone is familar with this "certification" and if so if it had some sort of certificate of complete type document that could be retrieved.
Thank you!
UPDATE: I did sign up for the HPE site a few days ago and upon visiting MyLearningHPE.com/hpcpbenefits/certs.aspx which I saw on some other threads/posts it does show it can take a few business days to access the site, I'm assuming this is all where I need to go, but not sure if a "cert" this old is even something that can be looked up anymore. Thanks!

Re: HP Service Qualification Certified - License Code: PL72437069
Hello and thanks for reaching out to us.
I guess that you've acquired an HPE service delivery qualification enabling people to deliver HPE Pointnext Services. This qualification is not an HPE certification. All acquired qualifications and trainings should reflect in The Learning Center but given it is an old one, I am not sure it will be visible.
If you need more details, you can review our Assist Kit (HPE service and solution delivery qualifications (for HPE partners only) or you can fill in the online form available at https://certification-learning.hpe.com/tr/support. Please make sure you select HPE Partner Ready Delivery as your profile to get the right assistance.
Hope this helps, Delphine

Re: HP Service Qualification Certified - License Code: PL72437069
Thank you so much Delphine, I'm still in the process of gaining my account id however I found some more info. The proper term for the qualification actually was:
HP Commercial and Consumer Desktops, Workstations, and Notebooks Service Qualification
My fault on that one sorry
Is this qualification or similar available from HP or from the HP eLearning site? Was curious if there were more general technician or entry level certs before juming into anything cloud or ai related
