HPE Sales Pro Login

Hi,

I'm looking to do HPE certification.

When I try to log in the platform, I get the error message below.

SAML Error: The requested user with email = **Personal info erased** was not found for organization ID 4495, or is marked inactive in the LMS. Trace ID mny-zhq-7cp

Somebody could help to explain and slove the issue?
