My e-Certificates and ID Cards cann't download

Recently, i passed ACSP exam , but i haven't receive notification of e-certificaion downloadable link mail.

then i check my e-certififcate page ,then find out that my certifications are gone~

And shows the messages as below:

WELCOME  SHU WEI LIN HPE Learner ID XXXXXXX

e-Certificates and ID cards are available for program members who have acquired an HPE certification, usually within 3 business days of completion.

At this time, we have not been notified of such an achievement on your behalf. If you believe you have acquired an HPE certification, please contact us for assistance. Be sure to include your HPE Learner ID and the full name of the certification.

Hello,

I would suggest that you go back to My Learning and check the page again. If nothing appears, pls reach out to the Certification & Learning support at https://certification-learning.hpe.com/tr/support. Make sure to add your HPE Learner ID and the full name of the certification in your support ticket.
