Not able to register for HP0-M217P (Advance LoadRunner 12.x exam)

I am the administrator for HP Partner company in USA. I'm planning to register for a course HP0-M217P (Advance LoadRunner 12.x exam) from the below link 

http://h20546.www2.hp.com/main/certification/exam_offerings.cfm?sitepick=US

When I try to register it says "No certifications found" 

When I look into PearsonVUE HP ExpertOne I do not see  HP0-M217P the exam code. It says I need private access code to take the exam.

Please let me know how I can register.
