Pearson VUE payment issues. Witta Dwiny Putri
Please Help me HPE.
After trying to pay for the HPE0-V14 -exam, I can't my access schedule exam today
the pearson Vue website redirected me to the home page and when I try to access the exam page again it shows a profile error or invalid payment as shown in the image below, has anyone been through this or know how should i proceed, i have already tried to speak to the pearson vue team but they do not respond and the HPE team asks me to look for pearson vue.

I suggest that you contact the Pearson VUE support using this address https://home.pearsonvue.com/hpe/contact/onvue. From this page, you will be able to call the support line based in your country.

I have checked with my colleague in charge of exams. If you don't get a quick answer from Pearson VUE, you can also make a request using this email candidate.inquiries@hpe.com.
