I’m currently preparing for the HPE6-A73 (Aruba Certified Switching Associate) exam and wanted to reach out to the community for some guidance. I’ve been going through the official training materials, but I still have a few questions and concerns that I hope someone with experience can help clarify:

1. How deep should I go into Aruba Central and VSF concepts? Are they just touched upon or do they make up a significant portion of the exam?

2. What’s the balance between theoretical questions vs. practical, scenario-based ones? I want to make sure I’m spending time the right way.

3. Is there a specific area that candidates often underestimate? I’ve heard mixed feedback on how much Layer 2 vs. Layer 3 switching is emphasized.

4. Would you recommend relying solely on the official courseware, or are there additional practice tests or labs that helped you feel more confident?
