Printing a certificate from Saba (crystal reports viewer)

I have completed a few of the online training sessions & it says that my certificate is available to print, however it just opens up a new window & then nothing.

I have tried different browsers etc....am I missing something ?

The functionality to print course completion certificates has been removed from SABA.

The team is working to determine if and when this feature will be restored.
