Silver Peak SDWAN Assessment completed || Learner ID is still pending

Hi,

 

I have completed Silverpeak SDWAN course + Assessment.But still i hvae not got my learner id.I dont know why still they have not sent it to me.How will i get my learner id and Aruba Silverpear certificate

Hello and thanks for your note,

If you have completed an assessment you should already have an HPE Learner ID. Please visit the My Learning https://mylearninghpe.com/ site by logging in with your HPE credentials. While the site is being retired, it is still working right now and when you land on the homepage, you will see on the left of the page your name and HPE Learner ID.

 In case you still cannot find the information you’re looking for, please send a message to your local support team. Please send your request in English if possible​. Standard email response time is within 48 hours​.

Make sure you include in your mail the following information:

  • First name (Given)
  • Last name (Family)
  • Employer (if none, enter "self")
  • Explain how the support team may help you
