Smart Portal

Hi,
As everybody knows, the certificate portal move to smartportal.
I try to recover my old history an get my new user with my old HP ID with the UV,PL and only the number but doesnt work.
I want to do an exam the next week and prometric request me my new id. I wrote to hp 2 times but they didnt write me back..
anybody in the same situation that cant recover the history in smart portal?
Anybody knows what the problem is?

What is the exam material? HP-UX, storage, OV?

Im CSE certificate and now i will start with the storage 2008. the problem is that i need my new hp learner id to do the text HP0-J16 and is imposible to get this id and recover my history in smart portal.im continue waiting the HP asnwer to resolve my problem id.. always the site aswer error when i write my old id...
