That manual belongs to HP Education course 33060 (more info: http://h18014.www1.hp.com/training/33060.html)

I do not think that the manual is freely downloadable.

Right - there are copyright notices inside the manuals. Sometimes even the trainers have limited access to the (very valuable) material.
