Unable to access E-rate authorization for FY'25

We are Partners with HPE and Aruba.

I am Unable to access E-rate authorization for FY'25 training getting an error message (120444) You do not currently have access to Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s learning system. Please go to https://content.ext.hpe.com/sites/LMS/help.page to contact support.

No one to seem able to help but everyone is asking us to take the training for compliance with HPE.
