Unable to create profile for HPE Exam
Whenever I tried to create profile for HPE exam, I am getting this error "We are currently unable to contact HPE to validate your Learner ID. Please try again later.
Eventhough my first and last name along with my HEP learner ID matches with HPE portal, it still shows the above error. Can anyone please help me with it ?

Hello,
If you're still experiencing the same issue on Pearson VUE, I would suggest that you reach out to the Certification & Learning support for assistance. Make sure you choose HPE Partners / Customers
while selecting your profile > complete the online form. Our support team will respond within 48 hours from time of receipt.
