How do you add disks to Netserver LH3 - Tower

Ok i admit it, i need help.
What: Adding disk to RAID 5
Why: Our production file server needs more space. I want to tread softly.
How: Can someone please confirm if this is the right way; add disk online to server, go to Netraid Assistant and add ready disk to Raid 5. Will this disk add go seamless or do i have to rebuild and restore data. Will firmware and BIOS updates interfere possibly?

Online capacity expansion is possible ,but it depends on RAID adapter .

I pulled a Dufus though. I just realized the drive is larger than the RAID drives, so no RAID 5. I guess I will have isolate it on its own as a single drive.

So, this is the way i am imagining it. I either add the disk online or offline, Netraid recognizes it and i add it (make "online") seperate from logical RAID. Is this doable? wondering...K
