How to enable SMP support on LH pro using win NT

I have 4 LH Pro servers I just added a new Cpu and VRM to one, the BIOS sees both cpu's however when the NTLDR starts it only displays 1 processor. The server appears to be a bit more responsive but It doesn't seem to be benefitting from the second chip how do I enable this?

Here is how to manually add support for the second CPU in NT without a fresh install:

Of course it would probably be better to perform a fresh install with the multiprocessor kernal. That is what HP recommends.
