hp lh3 netserver pci problem

I have a lh3 netserver 2 450mhz proc. Trying to install a pci usb card to connect my usb satelite modem. card installs fine, but when I plug usb cable from modem to pci card it works for a minute then I get a blue screen parity error. Any suggestions? Tried several os. win2kserver. win2k. win2003server. win xppro. Also have all the latest drivers and bios updates. Please help

Re: hp lh3 netserver pci problem

Any luck with adding the PCI USB card? I am trying to load the Adaptec AUA-3020 myself and it seems to be a BIOS problem to tell you the truth. Not sure of the lastest but I have 4.06.43 installed. I have searched the site to find out if there is anything newer but no luck. I'll just have to wait until I go back to work on Monday and get the lastest copy of Navigator to see. Anyway I was just curios to see if you continued or abandoned the project.
