HP NetServer LC 2000 Video Blanking Problem

Hi!
I've got a problem with te booting procedure of my Server. I lost the Password and now i get e blank Screen on Monitor (black) and the server doesn't boot.

I tried to reset Password and CMOS, but i didn't help.

What should i do now?

1. Does the server appear to power up ok? Do you hear fans running?

2. Do you hear any beeps when the server powers up?

Which password are you referring to? How did you actually clear or reset CMOS?
