Can't connect Top Tools remote control card to network

Hi,

I have a D6028A that is installed in an LH4 netserver running Windows 2000 Advanced Server. For some reason the card doesn't appear to be able to connect to my lan. I've gone through the setup in F3 at bootup and enable a fixed IP address. For testing purposes I left the ip address and subnet at their defaults. At bootup, the card is detected, and the 10baseT connection light on the Top Tools card stays a solid green and the diagnostic led flashes green twice every 2 seconds or so. However, the jack on the hub where the card is connected to is unlit, so I cannot access it remotely. I also can't access the card locally in the browser by entering its IP address 192.168.10.10. The card is "new" but I'm wondering what the problem is.

Never mind, I had recently discovered the hub the card was attached to was not a switched hub. Once that was remedied, the card worked as expected.
