HP Netserver LH4 linux kernel

What can i do to install any Linux distro with kernel 2.4.x in the HP Netserver LH4...i tryed redhat 7.3/7.3/8.0
Mandrake 8.1/8.2/9.0
It seems the only ones are suse 7.0 and redhat7.0.
It gives pci irq errors and than it doesn't detect any hard disk in the symbios scsi
What can i do? sell it?
I found a patch that fixes that, but i'm no kernel hacker...
